Orientation Sessions All members are eligible to receive 2 free Orientation Sessions. We strongly urge all new members to take advantage of this offering, since knowing how to make the equipment work for you is an essential part of getting you started on your program. The Orientation Sessions are designed to:
Teach you how to use and set up "The Basic Eight".
Teach you proper form & technique.
“Orient” you to the gym so that “all those machines” are less intimidating. Please contact the front desk of your desired location to schedule your Orientation Sessions. Orientations may be scheduled Monday through Friday 9am-9pm, and Saturdays 12-5pm. Each Orientation Session will last approximately 45 minutes.
Personal Training GETTING SERIOUS WITH A BAILEY’S CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER! For those who are interested in getting quicker results or need assistance beyond the basics of the two Complimentary Orientations, then take advantage of our Certified Fitness Professionals by utilizing Personal Training.
Bailey’s Personal Training Staff are highly qualified individuals who hold either a BS in an exercise related field or a national accredited and recognized certification. Through consistent workshops and continuing education, our trainers have had additional training on dealing with special populations, geriatrics, prenatal training, and aligning posture.
Because Personal Training covers you inside and outside the gym, you can expect success! The program begins with a free consultation where you can express your goals and needs to your potential trainer. This is your opportunity to essentially “interview” the trainer to assess whether or not this program and the trainer is ideal for you. Because your satisfaction is important to us, you can feel free to switch trainers at any time.

Group Fitness Classes Bailey’s offers complete Group Fitness programs at many of our locations. All of our aerobics instructors hold national Aerobics and CPR certifications and are current on the latest trends in the industry. Bailey’s Group Fitness Programs include Kickboxing, Step, Power Pump, Dance, BOSU, Yoga & Stretch classes. Classes are included in the price of your Bailey’s membership. Indoor Cycling Classes At it’s most basic form Indoor Cycling could be described as a group exercise class performed on a stationary bike. But it is SO much more than that. What makes our class format so unique is that we teach and encourage everyone to work at their own level. Unlike other indoor cycling programs that have a tendency to be intimidating and cater more toward the elite athlete. Our instructors have been trained to guide you through a Cycling workout WITHIN YOUR INDIVIDUAL fitness level that will take you through an endless amount of hills and speeds. Indoor Cycling classes are currently offered at many locations. Classes are included in the price of your Bailey’s membership.
