The 300 workout is an intense set of exercises designed to strengthen the cardiovascular and muscular systems of the body with a series of exercises to include plyometrics, strength drills, speed drills, agility drills and athletic movements. This is an advanced class, please see the instructor if it is your first time.

Great Glutes and Abs

Interval Training
(All Levels)
This is the ultimate cross-training class with athletic type exercises that will get your heart pumping and your muscles screaming! This hour class includes squats, lunges, plyometrics, jumping jacks, weights and abdominal training. Simple, yet challenging moves that will maximize your calorie burning, by raising and lowering your heart rate. No Choreography.

Kata
(All Levels) NEW class that consists of a sequence of movements that stimulate the mind and the muscles. The toning benefits are similar to Yoga and Pilates. Kata teaches various martial art forms. Kickboxing

Power Strike
(All Levels) Non-contact cardio class that teaches you proper form and techniques to strike the heavy bag with power and speed. All fitness movments are based on boxing and Maui Tai fighting and instructed by a professional Maui Tai/MMA fighter. No previous experience necessary. (All Levels) Deep isolated stretches performed Yoga style. Yoga is a great way to end your workout. This class is designed to relax not only your body but also your mind. Stress reduction is also one of the benefits of taking this class.
ZUMBA
(All Levels) ZUMBA- High Energy Dance Fitness is here! Latin dance moves including the Mamba, the Cha Cha Cha and the Meringe. You won't want to miss this hot new class! No dance experience needed, just the desire to have tons of fun. The music is intoxicating and the moves are easy to follow. You won't even realize that you just worked out! The duration of this class varies at each location, it can go anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Ask your instructor for details.
