All members are eligible to receive 2 FREEOrientation Sessions. We strongly urge all new members to take advantage of this offering, since knowing how to make the equipment work for you is an essential part of getting you started on your program. The Orientation Sessions are designed to:
1. Teach you how to use and set up "The Basic Eight".
2. Teach you proper form & technique.
3. “Orient” you to the gym so that “all those machines” are less intimidating.
