Orientation Sessions

All members are eligible to receive a session with a Certified Personal Trainer. We strongly urge all new members to take advantage of this offering. Understanding how to make the equipment work for you is an essential part of getting you started with a successful fitness program. The Orientation Sessions are designed to:

  1. Teach you how to use and set up “The Basic Eight”.
  2. Teach you proper form & technique.
  3. “Orient” you to the gym so that “all those machines” are less intimidating.
