Whether you’re working on increasing flexibility, agility, or tightening your abs, you’ll find all the things you need in this large and spacious area. Each Stretch Room has a variety of functional fitness tools such as foam rollers, stability balls, BOSU trainers, and resistance bands, that will help you achieve your goals while allowing you the space to move! Although our Stretch Rooms are exclusively open during Pro Shop hours, these rooms are available to all members and guests daily.
